For over 25 years I have worked with entrepreneurs, managers and teams on motivation, performance and personal responsibility in business environments. My focus is on how internal drive translates into consistent execution under real pressure.
My methodology combines business experience with physical and mental discipline practices.
For over 30 years I have practiced running as a form of structured mental training (“zen running”), and for the last years also Qigong. These practices are not presented as lifestyle elements, but as tools that reinforce consistency, self-discipline and internal regulation under stress.
I use this understanding in my work with leaders - especially in situations requiring clarity, decision-making and sustained performance.
I am particularly interested in how leadership is shaped not only by strategy and knowledge, but also by embodiment - how people think, decide and act under pressure.
This perspective is the foundation of my current work and the development of my second book on Somatic Leadership.
